Initiate a return/cancellation by:
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is processed and the product is manufactured or shipped. In case of any exception, at sole discretion of Housandreams, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Returns will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products.
- You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refund will be provided only in the case a replacement or replacement part for the same product is not available. If a particular part is faulty and replaceable for a product, the same shall be arranged and provided.
- Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
- Any products damaged post-delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days* of receipt of the product by Housandreams, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse.
- Refund method shall be via cheque or NEFT transfer or transfer to the Credit Card/Debit Card from where the Payment had been made. The choice of the same shall lie on Housandreams. Housandreams shall notify the Customer of such a transfer through email and/or through phone.
- Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by Housandreams, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.
Returns and Warranty:
- Some Housandreams products have a warranty attached with them. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the manufacturer's warranty document shipped with the product and contact them directly (Call Centres/ accredited Technical Assistance centres).
- If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative. We will be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate a resolution. (This only applies in cases where the manufacturer provides such a warranty).
